Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Grants) c. £24,000 – £28,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a fundraising or income-generating team who is highly efficient and organised with a keen eye for detail, able to build strong relationships, and who can write compelling bids to a very high standard. Programme Manager (The Social Capital Project) c. £40,000 – £45,000

The Social Capital Project is a partnership between Redthread, Catch 22 and Google.org which will help professionals deal with the challenges of how young and at-risk people use social media. We are looking for an exceptional professional who has excellent experience of managing and developing creative and innovative projects, who can lead a team and enable them to achieve outstanding results, and who is highly skilled at developing partnerships and building relationships across a range of sectors. We want the role to start in June 2019 and it will last for 15 months.

Interviews will be held on 30 April 2019, with a second interview for successful candidates later that week. We are recruiting on a rolling basis, and will close applications as soon as we have found suitable candidates to interview. Youth Worker (The Well Centre) c. £24,000 – £28,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic youth worker who is passionate about helping young people, can take initiative and has the capacity to form effective working relationships with a wide range of partners and agencies. Our work in The Well Centre has been covered by Children in Need, which gives a taster of what we do.

Team Leader (Heartlands Hospital) c. £27,700 – £31,700

We launched our Birmingham service in July 2018 and are looking for an outstanding individual with strong leadership skills who can take it forward. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a distinctive approach in Heartlands where we see fewer cases of serious youth violence and meet more young people before they experience serious harm or critical injury. Trustee

We have reached a key stage in our development as an organisation and are looking for new Trustees to meet our expanding role, and to replace a couple of Trustees who recently stood down having worked with Redthread for a number of years. We have grown significantly over the last two years, expanding into the Midlands and into local A&Es, making this an exciting time to join a thriving organisation where you will have a real impact on our continued growth and success. Our work was recently featured on BBC News which gives a taster of what we do what we do.
