Birmingham Programme Manager c. £31,700 – £38,700

We are looking for an experienced programme manager with in-depth knowledge of Birmingham and the surrounding area, proven ability to work with high risk, vulnerable young people, experience of developing a service or programme, strong people management skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with a wide range of partners and agencies. Communications and Policy Manager c. £35,000 – £40,000

We are looking for an experienced communications professional with experience of managing a busy press office and with excellent knowledge of how to influence policy and make our voice heard. Youth Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (King’s College Hospital) c. £26,500 – £28,500

This role is seconded from Solace, whose purpose is to bring to an end the harm done through domestic and sexual violence to all survivors, and in particular women and children. We are seeking a Youth IDVA to provide high-quality casework support, advocacy and information services to young people aged 11-25 years of age, who present in the Emergency Department of Kings College Hospital due to possible domestic abuse and/or sexual exploitation.

Youth Intervention Specialist (Heartlands Hospital) c. £20,700 – £24,700

Youth Worker (The Well Centre) c. £24,000 – £28,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic youth worker who is passionate about helping young people, has experience of facilitating group work around young people’s well-being, can take initiative and has the capacity to form effective working relationships with a wide range of partners and agencies.
